How the model works
You purchase GPU infrastructure and make its computing capacity available to customers through a compatible rental platform. NodeX supplies the hardware and deployment services selected for your project. The rental platform has its own account requirements, listing rules, fees and customer demand.
The right configuration depends on the workloads you intend to serve, your budget and the cost of operating the equipment. We work through those choices with you before the build.
Recurring rental income, with less day-to-day involvement
For customers seeking a more passive income model, we can combine the deployment with an agreed managed service for monitoring, maintenance and technical support. The aim is to create an operating GPU rental business in which the day-to-day technical work is handled within a clear service scope. You retain ownership of the hardware and control over the business decisions.
Returns depend on customer demand, utilisation, rental prices and the full operating costs, including management fees where applicable. Income is variable and is not guaranteed. The quotation defines what NodeX manages, your responsibilities and the associated one-off and ongoing costs.

Arranging colocation in Bulgaria or planning installation at your premises, with power, cooling and connectivity requirements considered in advance.
Software and marketplace setup
Operating system, drivers and the software needed for the agreed deployment, including configuration for Vast.ai or another supported rental platform.
Monitoring and technical support
An agreed service scope for monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting and ongoing configuration changes.
Expansion planning
Reviewing capacity and operating conditions before adding GPUs, servers or another location.
Choose where your infrastructure runs
Data center colocation
A deployment route for customers who need a suitable facility for their equipment. The proposal identifies the hosting arrangement and the associated space, power, connectivity and service costs.
On your premises
A deployment at a location you control. We first assess the proposed power supply, heat removal, internet connection and physical environment to establish the installation requirements.
Plan around the full operating cost
A rental rate alone does not describe the economics of a server. Evaluate expected utilisation alongside electricity, cooling or colocation, connectivity, platform fees, support, repairs and hardware depreciation.
Any revenue or payback estimate is based on stated assumptions. Demand, rental prices, utilisation and operating costs change, and downtime can affect results. NodeX does not guarantee rental income, occupancy, profit or a fixed payback period.

Before you get started
Do I need technical experience?
You can start with your business requirements and budget. We explain the technical choices and agree how much of the installation and ongoing operation NodeX will handle. The division of responsibilities is set out in your proposal.
Is this limited to Vast.ai?
Vast.ai is one possible route to market. Other platforms can be considered where they support the selected hardware and deployment. Availability, approval and platform conditions are determined by each provider. NodeX is an independent hardware and services supplier.
Are monitoring, repairs and a warranty included?
Your quotation states the included hardware warranty and services. Ongoing support, monitoring, replacement parts, on-site work and response targets depend on the agreed package. A hardware warranty and a maintenance service have separate scopes.
Can you promise a monthly return?
No. Rental demand, utilisation, pricing and operating expenses vary. We can help assess a deployment using explicit assumptions so you can evaluate the opportunity and its costs.
