How do I place an order?
Send your requirements through our quotation form. We confirm the configuration, availability, price and delivery terms before you commit. An enquiry or configuration submission is not an accepted order.
Which GPU configuration should I choose?
Tell us your workloads, software, GPU memory requirements, budget and planned location. We assess the complete system, including power, cooling, connectivity and compatibility, before proposing a configuration.
Can you help launch a GPU rental business?
Yes. An agreed package can cover consultancy, server assembly, software setup, deployment and onboarding to platforms such as Vast.ai. Monitoring and ongoing support are included only when expressly agreed.
Where can the servers operate?
We can help arrange colocation in Bulgaria or installation at your premises. Site requirements, receiving arrangements and responsibilities are confirmed for the deployment.
Is rental income guaranteed?
No. Demand, utilisation, platform fees, electricity and other operating costs affect results. Revenue estimates and payback calculations are planning assumptions, not guaranteed returns.
How are prices and delivery calculated?
Your quotation states the currency, VAT treatment, shipping charges, payment terms and delivery period. Consumers receive the applicable total price. See our Shipping Policy.
What warranty applies?
Consumers retain statutory conformity rights against us as seller. Commercial warranties and business warranty terms are specified for the order; business purchases do not automatically receive consumer protection. See our Warranty Policy.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Consumer withdrawal and business cancellation follow different rules. Standard configuration choices do not automatically remove withdrawal rights. Read our Refund Policy and Terms of Use.
